Congratulations to ES Senior Lecturer Linda Krop for being awarded the 2026 Congressmember’s Woman of the Year Award!
For more than three decades, Linda has been a tireless advocate for the Central Coast, using environmental law to protect communities, wildlife, and coastal ecosystems. Her work has included challenging offshore oil and gas development, protecting important open spaces, and advocating for accountability following the Refugio oil spill.
Congratulations to Linda on this well-deserved recognition!
