Mr. Stone is an environmental planner with over 40 years of experience working throughout California in government agency and consulting positions. His academic expertise is in archaeological resources and cultural resource management. Mr. Stone is expert in preparing environmental and planning documents complying with local, state, and federal statutes including the California Environmental Quality Act, the California Coastal Act, and the National Environmental Policy Act. Mr. Stone has taught the environmental impact assessment sequence in the ES Program for over 30 years, and continues to consult for agencies and individuals in providing environmental planning documents supporting local affordable housing projects and community college development programs.
