Dan Klemann has been a professional land use and environmental planner for over 25 years, serving in both public administrative and private consulting capacities. His specializations and areas of interests include: environmental impact analysis; local and State land use and planning law; public administration; and political theory. Dan most recently served as the Deputy Director of Long Range Planning for the Santa Barbara County Planning and Development Department, and currently works as a land use consultant and lecturer for Environmental Studies 135A (Principles of Environmental Planning) and 135B (Advanced Environmental Planning).
