on Sawyer Seminar
at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
One result of that
collaboration is a forthcoming article, “What is Marine Justice”
in
the
Journal of Environmental Studies and Sciences,
for which she
served as lead author.

Bio

Martin’s research and teaching areas include environmental history, history of science, and the oceans. After completing her Ph.D.  in history   at   the   University   of   Wisconsin—Madison, she   was   a Postdoctoral Fellow for an interdisciplinary Mellon Sawyer Seminar at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
